3.1 Age Requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds held in that Account will be forfeited in compliance with PAGCOR's mandated procedures.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. ssb77's Services are operated for and directed at players in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ssb77's Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ssb77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold an ssb77 Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have applied for or been granted self-exclusion from ssb77 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform; (c) employees of ssb77, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
4.1 Single Account. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) ssb77 Account. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, ssb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account suspension.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ssb77 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to provide: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence); (b) proof of address; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used; (d) additional documentation as required by ssb77's compliance team. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssb77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

5.4 ssb77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA can be activated in your Account Settings using your registered Philippine mobile number.
6.1 All transactions on ssb77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ssb77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
6.2 Deposits are credited to your Account wallet instantly or within the processing time specified for each payment method. ssb77 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
6.3 ssb77 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day at its discretion. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform.
6.4 Players may set personal deposit limits in their Account Settings at any time. ssb77 will apply deposit limit reductions immediately and increases after a 24-hour cooling-off period, in accordance with responsible gaming principles.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used to make a deposit on the Account. ssb77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.2 ssb77 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya transactions following completion of identity verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
7.3 ssb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds, are considered unusual in volume or pattern, or are associated with accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification. Processing may be delayed during such reviews.
7.4 Only Real Money Balance is withdrawable. Bonus Balance must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance eligible for withdrawal.

8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
8.3 ssb77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where ssb77 reasonably suspects a promotion is being abused, exploited, or that activity constitutes bonus abuse, arbitrage, or hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
8.4 Players found to have abused ssb77's promotional offers will have their Bonus Balance and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
9.1 Bets placed on ssb77 are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of your bet before confirmation. ssb77 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error by ssb77's systems.
9.2 ssb77 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust bets where: (a) a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the game or event outcome; (b) the game or event is cancelled, abandoned, or decided under circumstances not contemplated by the original market rules; (c) the bet was placed in error due to an obvious pricing error; (d) ssb77 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a fraudulent scheme.
9.3 Game-specific rules for slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and Mines Grand are published within each game section on the Platform. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssb77 Platform:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ssb77 Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without ssb77's prior written consent.
12.1 ssb77's liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant event.
12.2 ssb77 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind; (b) interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside ssb77's reasonable control; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes ssb77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 ssb77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All players must be 21+ to use ssb77's Services.
